Returns & Exchanges at Eruption Store

We want you to feel the heat in your new look, but if you're not 100% satisfied, we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn apparel. Items must be returned in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the unworn items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in the portal.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
